Amma says, "Lending a helping hand to a neglected soul, feeding the hungry, a compassionate smile towards the sad and dejected, this, is the real service, a manifestation of true Love. We should invoke God's compassion in our own hearts and hands." In her own life, day after day, Amma offers such a flawless example of how to live selflessly, working with all our heart to serve others. She says any single individual can positively influence life with ideals based on love, renunciation and an attitude of service. The Omaha Satsang is currently involved in the Circle of Love - Inside and Project Linus.  These two Seva projects allow children and adults to participate in sharing and serving selflessly.  The Circle of Love - Inside is an organized group that writes to inmates in prison.  Project Linus works together to provide blankets to sick and needy children.  Quarterly, the Satsang gathers and makes birthday cards and blankets for those in need.  If you would like any information on either of these projects plesase contact ammasatsangomaha@gmail.com
